   When we were young, most of us fantasized about falling in love and finding our special someone with whom we could build a happy life. 

The story of finding and falling in love is all around us: 

- It's in music we're listening to 

- It's in the art we're looking at 

- It's an essential plot point for many television shows and movies. 

There's a very good reason for that! The desire to love and be loved is a timeless part of what it means to be human. 

But what happens after the credits roll?

 How do our fortunate lovers go about keeping their love alive and their relationship healthy and vibrant?  

There have numerous studies in psychology and medicine that show that healthy, loving relationships are important factors in leading happy and satisfying lives.

 So why haven't we been taught much (if anything) about the "How To's" of building and maintaining successful,  happy, healthy relationships? 

That's where I come in. 

As a Relationship, Sex and Intimacy coach, I support people in relationships (in whatever form those may take) in learning, practicing and mastering the skills needed to build and nurture happy, satisfying, pleasure filled relationships and sex lives.

 I help people develop and strengthen communication skills, master conflict resolution skills, hone their problem solving abilities and broaden their capacity for conscious creation of relationships that are based on kindness, cooperation, collaboration and mutual growth. 

I help people learn more about sexuality, enhance intimacy and discover their own capacity to give and receive pleasure. I encourage and facilitate dialogues and communication around sex and sexual challenges, intimacy and pleasure so that erotic relationships can be stronger, fuller, richer and more pleasurable.
